农业科研单位加强财务信息化建设探讨

摘要:
当今社会信息技术快速发展,大数据、物联网、云计算等新技术的广泛应用给人们的生活和工作带来了巨大变革。同时面对财政改革的逐步深入、政府审计力度的加大、政府会计改革的持续推进,农业科研单位需要不断提升财务管理水平来适应新形势的变化。财务信息化建设是当前农业科研单位财务管理工作的有力抓手,会计核算、内部控制、预算管理、资产管理、绩效评价等各方面工作都需要通过信息化来提升工作质量。文章通过分析农业科研单位财务信息化建设的背景和现状,试图找到信息化建设中存在的普遍问题并探讨解决办法,以期为后续同类单位进行财务信息化建设提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract:
With the rapid development of information technology in modern society, the wide application of new technologies such as big data, Internet of Things and cloud computing has brought great changes to people’s lives and work. At the same time, with the gradual deepening of financial reform, the increase of government audit and the continuous promotion of government accounting reform, agricultural scientific research institutes need to improve the level of financial management to adapt to the changes of the new situation. Financial information construction is a favorable starting point for the financial management of agricultural research institutes. Accounting, internal control, budget management, asset management, performance evaluation and other aspects of work need to be improved through information technology. By analyzing the background and current situation of financial information construction in agricultural research institutes, this paper tried to find out the common problems in the informatization construction and explore solutions, so as to provide reference for the other similar institutes.
