摘要:

随着信息技术高速发展及政府会计制度改革的深入，财务信息化建设已成为事业单位会计工作发展的必然趋势。但是，一些事业单位在开展财务信息化建设工作时仍然存在诸多问题。基于此，文章将从事业单位财务信息化建设的重要意义入手，对当前事业单位财务信息化建设开展情况与存在的问题进行一一阐述，提出针对性改进措施，包括转变管理理念，加大财务信息化建设力度，投入资金、人力以及技术资源，优化信息化建设方案设计，制定完善的内部控制管理机制，提升财务人员专业素质与风险意识，使财务工作朝数字化、智能化、现代化的方向发展，从而加强事业单位内部各部门之间的联系，打破信息壁垒，在应用中积累经验，提升工作效率，不断提高事业单位的财务管理水平，促进事业单位更好地发展。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of information technology and the deepening of government accounting system reform, financial information construction has become an inevitable trend of the development of accounting work in public institutes. However, there are still many problems in the construction of financial informatization in some institutes. From the significance of institutes financial informatization construction, this article expounded the current institutes financial informatization development situation, summarized the existing problems, and put forward corresponding improvement measures.The measures were showed as follows. Firstly, it should chang management idea, intensify financial informatization construction, investment, human and technical resources, so as to optimize the design of the informatization construction plan. Secondly, it should formulate a perfect internal control management mechanism, improve financial personnel professional quality and risk consciousness, and make the financial work develop towards the direction of digitization, intelligence and modernization, so as to strengthen the connection among the internal departments. Finally, it should break the barrier of the information, accumulate experience in the application, improve work efficiency, and constantly improve the level of financial management, so as to promote better development of public institutes.
