摘要:

科学管理农业科研资源信息，真实彰显农业科技创新与服务“三农”的知识、技术成果，弘扬农业科技主题与农业科学家精神，是农业科研管理工作的职业使命。文章从分析农业科研资源信息的重要意义和科学内涵，找准目标方向，提出农业科研资源数据型开发、智能融媒、文献服务的内容管理与科学定位。构建更加贴近并融入新时代农业科技创新与农业科研信息管理的高层次、多元化途径及策略。

Abstract:

Scientific management of agricultural scientific research resources and information, truly demonstrating the knowledge and technological achievements of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and serving "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", and promoting the theme of agricultural science and technology and the spirit of agricultural scientists are the professional mission of agricultural scientific research management. This paper analyzed the significance and scientific connotation of agricultural scientific research resources information, found out the target direction, and proposed the content management and scientific orientation of agricultural scientific research resources data-based development, intelligent fusion media, and document services. In summary, this paper puts forward a high-level and diversified approach and strategy that are closer to and integrated into the new era of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and agricultural scientific research information management.
