党建与科研业务融合的实践探索与成效

摘要:

党建与业务有机融合是科研院所做好科研工作的重要保障。中国热带农业科学院橡胶研究所生理与采胶党支部遵照习近平总书记“要处理好党建和业务的关系，坚持党建工作和业务工作同规划、同部署、同落实、同检查”的指示精神，积极探索和深入推动党建与业务有机融合，支部核心作用、堡垒作用及党员先锋作用显著。文章介绍业务融入精神力量，科技创新成果与实际贡献突出，创新推动电动胶刀从无到有、从有到好，促进橡胶农机产业提档升级，带动当地胶农脱贫致富。

Abstract:

The integration of the construction of the Communist Party of China and business is an important guarantee for scientific research institutes to do their research well. According to the guiding spirit of Xi Jinping， general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee， handling the relationship between Party building and business， and adhering to the "Party building and business work were planned， deployed， implemented and inspected together"， this research actively explored and deeply promoted the organic integration of Party building and business， showing the effect of the core role of the branch， the fortress role and the pioneering role of the Party members. And business should be integrated into the spirit， scientific and technological innovation achievements and practical contributions were outstanding. At the same time， innovation should promote the development of electric rubber knives from scratch to good， and promote the upgrading of the rubber agricultural machinery industry， so as to let the local rubber farmers shaken off poverty and become rich.
