黄河流域科技人才集聚影响因素研究——基于扎根理论的分析

摘要:
科技人才作为创新主力军,肩负着科技创新的重任,是推动黄河流域高质量发展的重要推动力。科技人才集聚对于加快黄河流域创新发展意义重大,为探究黄河流域科技人才集聚的影响因素,文章运用扎根理论,对52位受访者进行了深度访谈。经过对访谈资料等进行开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码和理论饱和检验,最终挖掘出经济发展、创新环境、制度环境、公共服务等四大关键影响因素,并由此构建了黄河流域科技人才集聚影响因素的概念模型,为促进黄河流域高质量发展提供借鉴参考。

RESEARCH ON THE INFLUENCING FACTORS OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL TALENTS' AGGLOMERATION IN THE YELLOW RIVER BASIN——ANALYSIS OF GROUNDED THEORY

Abstract:
As the main innovative force, scientific and technological talents take the responsibility of innovation and play the role of driving force for the high-quality development of Yellow River Basin. Furthermore, scientific and technological talents agglomeration attach great importance to speeding-up of the development of Yellow River Basin. Based on the grounded theory, this research conducted an in-depth interview with 52 representatives. Through the open coding, spindle coding, selective coding and theoretical saturation test of interview data, it clarified four key influencing factors such as economic development, innovation environment, institutional environment and public service. Based on this, it built a conceptual model of the influencing factors of scientific and technological talents agglomeration, and provided reference for the high-quality development of Yellow River Basin.
