农业科技成果评价信息系统设计与实现

摘要:
针对传统农业科技成果评价工作效率不高、缺乏统筹安排、评价后成果材料分散、不利于扩大评价延伸服务等问题,作者通过研发农业科技成果评价信息系统,提高了服务效率,减少了工作失误,延伸评价服务,分享交流经验。文章对系统用户进行了设定,对流程信息化如提交申请、材料审查、签订协议、组织评价等环节进行了梳理,并讨论了系统的局限性和未来发展。通过农业科技成果信息系统建设可以有效提升评价工作的质量与效率,提高科技成果评价服务水平。

Abstract:
According to the problems of the low offline work efficiency, lack of coordination arrangement, scattered post-evaluation result materials, and unfavorable to expand evaluation extension services in the evaluation of agricultural science and technology achievements, this research proposed to develop an working platform for agricultural science and technology evaluation information system, which could improve service efficiency, facilitate coordination and arrangement, reduce work errors, extend science and technology evaluation services, and share and exchange experiences. And the users of the platform were set, the informatization of processes such as submitting applications, reviewing materials, signing agreements, and organizing evaluations were sorted out, and the limitations and future development of the platform were discussed. In general, the platform construction can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of evaluation work and become an important means to improve the service level of scientific and technological achievements evaluation
