农业科研院所博士后培养路径研究——以某涉农研究所为例

摘要:

全面推进乡村振兴工作有赖于青年科技人才的力量贡献，博士后是青年科技人才的重要来源，在乡村振兴背景下探讨农业科研院所博士后培养工作具有重要意义。目前，农业科研院所博士后培养工作还存在着一些值得关注和解决的问题，文章以某涉农研究所为案例，在分析总结其博士后培养情况、主要做法和存在问题的基础上，提出了优化博士后培养路径的对策建议。

Abstract:

The comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization depends on the contribution of young scientific and technological talents. Postdoctoral fellows are an important source of young scientific and technological talents. It is of great significance to discuss the postdoctoral cultivation work of agricultural research institutes in the context of rural revitalization. At present, there are still some problems worthy of attention and solutions in the postdoctoral cultivation work of agricultural research institutes. Taking an agricultural research institute as a case, this study analyzed and summarized its postdoctoral cultivation situation, main practices and existing problems, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing postdoctoral cultivation path.
