摘要:

天然橡胶是重要国家战略资源，一直以来与石油、钢铁、煤炭并称为四大工业原料，在保障国民经济和国家安全等方面具有重要意义。经过几十年的发展，我国的天然橡胶产业发展取得巨大成就，但也存在一些尚待解决的问题，如产能不足，经济效益低下，胶园维护管理粗放，机械化智能化水平低，高性能胶加工技术仍未彻底攻克等。文章根据我国天然橡胶产业现状，分析了新形势下天然橡胶产业存在的问题，提出解决建议，以期为天然橡胶产业发展提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract:

Natural rubber is an important national strategic resource，and it has always been known as the four major industrial raw materials together with oil, steel and coal. It is of great significance to safeguard the national economy and national security. After decades of development, China's natural rubber industry has made great achievements, but there are still some problems to be solved, such as insufficient production capacity, low economic efficiency, extensive maintenance and management of rubber parks, low level of mechanization and intelligence, and high performance rubber processing technology has not been completely overcome. According to the current situation of China's natural rubber industry, the article analyzed the problems existing in the natural rubber industry under the new situation, and put forward suggestions, so as to provide reference for the development of the natural rubber industry.
