新时代农业科研管理工作探索以新疆农业科学院土壤肥料与农业节水研究所为例

摘要:
近年来,随着农业科研工作持续推进,工作要求不断提高的形势下,新疆农业科学院土壤肥料与农业节水研究所农业科研管理工作取得了一定成效,看到成绩的同时也发现工作中存在的不足。文章全面总结了该所农业科研管理工作的现状,深入分析了存在的主要问题,建议从提高效率、改变认知、优化管理、强化人才培养、提高人才待遇等方面提升该所农业科研管理工作水平。

Abstract:
In recent years, with the continuous promotion of agricultural research work and the continuous improvement of work requirements, the research management work in Institute of Soil, Fertilizer and Agricultural water-saving, Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences has achieved some results, got some achievements, and found some shortcomings in the work. This paper comprehensively summarized the current situation of agricultural research management in the institute, deeply analyzed the main problems, and suggested to improve the level of agricultural research management in the institute from the aspects of improving efficiency, changing cognition, optimizing management, strengthening talent training, and improving talent treatment.
