新形势下如何做好农林科研单位思想政治工作

摘要:

在推进事业单位改革新形势下，农林科研单位职责、功能、定位发生了深刻变革，与此同时，科研人员的思想观念也随之发生了一定的变化，因此，探索新形势下如何做好思想政治工作，是当前的一个重要课题。文章以辽宁省旱地农林研究所为例，提出了强化党组织思想政治引领、深化党员干部思想政治教育、构建共同推进思想政治工作大格局、推动新时期思想政治创新发展、提升科研单位思想政治工作质量等做好农林科研单位思想政治工作的具体措施。

Abstract:

The responsibility, function, and position of agricultural and forestry scientific research institutes have undergone profound changes under the new situation of promoting the reform of public institutes. The ideological concepts of scientific researchers have also undergone certain changes at the same time. Therefore, exploring how to do ideological and political work well in the new situation is an important topic for us. Taking Liaoning Dry Land Agriculture and Forestry Research Institute as an example, this paper proposed specific measures to strengthen the ideological and political guidance of the Communist Party of China, deepen the ideological and political education of the Party members and cadres, build a common pattern of promoting ideological and political work, promote the innovative development of ideological and political work in the new era, and improve the quality of ideological and political work in agricultural and forestry scientific research institutes.
