| 文章分析了福建“农业云131”大数据资源中心的现状，对改进数据中心功能、提高应用服务效率开展研究，按照“统一标准、治理高效、科学先进、安全可靠”的思路，从总体框架、标准规范、采集汇聚、数据治理、开发应用、有效管理等方面提出了后续提升建设的建议与思考，旨在通过充分挖掘数据价值，强化数字赋能，提升农业农村信息化水平，助力乡村振兴。 |

| This paper analyzed the current situation of Fujian "Agricultural Cloud 131" Big Data Resource Center, aiming to optimize the functions of the Data Center and improve the efficiency of application services. According to the idea of "unified standards, efficient governance, advanced science, system security", suggestions and thoughts on the follow-up improvement construction were proposed from the aspects of the overall framework, standard specifications, collection and convergence, data governance, development and application, and effective management. By fully tapping into the value of data and strengthening digital empowerment, we aim to enhance the level of agricultural and rural informatization and assist in rural revitalization. |
