强化农业科研印章管理的“软招”与“硬法”

摘要:

在农业科研院所日常管理工作中，印章代表着单位的意志和信誉，是对内对外行使权力、履行职责的象征，具有相应的权威性、公信力和法律效力。稍有差池，就可能对农业科研院所造成不可估量的法律风险、经济损失和信誉危机。为科学防范各类风险，文章积极探索强化农业科研院所印章管理工作的“软招”和“硬法”，充分发挥印章在农业科研主责主业中的关键性作用，着力为农业经济高质量发展、科研创新、服务“三农”、乡村振兴提供坚强保障。

Abstract:

In the daily management of agricultural scientific research institutes, the seal represents the will and credibility of the institutes, that is the internal and external exercise of power, the performance of duties symbol, with the corresponding authority, credibility and legal effect. If anything goes wrong, it may cause immeasurable legal risk, economic loss and reputation crisis to agricultural scientific research institutes. For scientifically guarding against all kinds of risks, the article actively explore the measures of agricultural scientific research institutes strengthening seal management, give a key role of the seal in the main responsibility of agricultural research, and strive to provide a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of the agricultural economy, scientific research innovation, serving “agriculture, countryside and farmers” and rural revitalization.
