事业单位科研经费管理存在的问题及对策研究

摘要:

近年来，随着科学技术快速进步和国家对科研工作投入力度增强，科研经费为事业单位的科学研究工作提供了保障，科研经费管理与科研工作相辅相成，互相促进。在实施“放管服”改革的背景下，事业单位的科研经费管理也成为大众关注的重点问题。文章从事业单位科研经费管理存在的问题出发，分析了问题产生的原因并提出了应对策略。

Abstract:

With the rapid advancement of science technology and the increasing investment in scientific research in our country, scientific research fundings have provided supports for public institutes in recent years, and management of scientific research fundings and scientific research complement each other. Under the background of the reform of “decentralization, regulation and service”, the management of scientific research fundings in public institutes attracted social attention. To scientifically and efficiently use scientific research fundings is an urgent requirement for public institutes. In this regard, this article analyzed the typical problems in management of scientific research fundings in scientific institutes and proposed countermeasures.
