农业科技人才队伍作为乡村振兴持续发展的动力和重要保障,其建设水平与乡村振兴的发展进程和最终效果直接相关。文章针对乡村振兴战略背景下农业科研单位人才队伍建设中存在的人才结构不均衡、人才评价激励不到位、团队建设成效发挥不充分等问题,提出以党的创新理论为依据,以体制机制构建为抓手,以打造新时代高水平农业科技人才队伍为目标,在人才引育、机制创新、考核评价、精神引领等方面建言献策等加强人才队伍建设的对策,以期为农业科研单位人才队伍建设提供参考,为全面实现乡村振兴提供强大助力。 |

As the driving force and important guarantee for the sustainable development of rural revitalization, the construction level of agricultural scientific and technological talent team is directly related to the development process and final effect of rural revitalization. The aim of this paper is to discuss problems relevant to the talent team construction of agricultural research institutes under the background of rural revitalization strategy, including the unbalanced talent structure, the inappropriate evaluation and stimulation, and the incomplete performance of talent team efficacy, and then provide references for the construction of a high-level talent team on the introduction and cultivation, the management innovation, examination and evaluation, and spiritual guidance via taking the advancing party-related theories as the basis and the construction of systems and mechanisms as the emphasis. The present work is expected to provide approaches to the talent team construction of agricultural research institutes and provide strong support in comprehensively revitalizing rural areas. |
