新形势下科研单位人事档案管理工作对党、国家选拔任用人才和干部维护自身权益都至关重要。目前,科研单位在人事档案管理方面取得了一定的成效,但是还存在着一些问题,亟待进一步完善与提升,比如对人事档案管理工作重视程度不够,档案管理制度不够具体严格,档案管理智能化水平不高等。文章针对存在的问题,建议从提高对档案工作重视程度、提升专业人员管理水平、健全完善人事档案管理制度、推进电子化信息资源建设等方面来优化科研单位人事档案的管理质量,这对于当前科研单位人事档案管理及科研单位人才队伍建设具有重要的参考意义。 |

Archives management is of vital importance for the selection and appointment of talents by the Party and the state, as well as for the protection of the rights and interests of cadres in scientific research institutes. At present, scientific research institutes have achieved certain results in archives management, but there are still some problems that need to be further improved and enhanced, such as insufficient awareness of the importance of archives, insufficient specific and perfect archive management systems, and low level of intelligence in archive management. In response to these existing issues, suggestions and measures are proposed to improve the management quality including increasing everyone's level of attention, improving the professional level of management, completing the archives management regulations, and promoting the construction of electronic information resources, which is of great significance for the current archives management and the construction of talent teams in scientific research institutes. |
