农业科研单位固定资产配置管理探究

摘要:

固定资产是国有资产的重要组成部分，随着我国农业科研资金投入的稳步增长，农业科研单位中固定资产存量逐渐增加。科学合理配置固定资产，对提高财政资金使用效益和高质量构建科研平台具有重要意义。文章归纳分析了新形势下固定资产配置管理的政策规定和具体要求，梳理了当前农业科研单位固定资产配置管理中存在的主要问题，研究提出了进一步完善固定资产配置管理的对策措施，以期为加强农业科研单位固定资产配置管理提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:

Fixed assets are an important part of state-owned assets. Along with our country agriculture scientific research fund investment steady growth, the fixed assets deposit of agricultural research institutes continue to increase. Scientific and rational allocation of fixed assets is of great significance to improve the efficiency of the use of financial funds and high-quality construction of a scientific research platform. This paper summed up and analyzed the policy stipulations and concrete requirements of fixed assets allocation management under the new situation, summarized the main problems existing in the fixed assets allocation management of agricultural scientific research institutes, put forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the allocation management of fixed assets, so as to provide useful references for the allocation management of fixed assets of agricultural research institute.
