固定资产管理存在的主要问题与改进策略

摘要:

固定资产是农业科研单位资产的重要组成部分，是支撑单位运转及业务开展的基础，但在实际工作中还存在部分科研单位对资产管理重视不够、资产管理制度不健全、仪器设备使用效率低下等问题，文章针对农业科研单位固定资产管理存在的主要问题，提出了相关对策建议，以期为推进农业科研单位固定资产的规范管理与高效利用提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:

Fixed assets are an important component of the assets of agricultural research institutes, serving as the foundation for their operation and business development. However, there are some problems in practical works, such as some research institutes do not attach enough importance to asset management, have no a complete asset management system, and low efficiency in the use of instruments and equipment. Based on the actual management of fixed asset in agricultural research institutes, improvement suggestions are proposed for fixed asset management, so as to provide useful references for promoting the standardized management and efficient utilization of fixed assets in agricultural research institutes.
