博士后科研工作站是培养高层次人才的重要载体。文章以中国农业科学院茶叶研究所为例,总结了博士后工作站的主要做法和成效,包括体制机制的完善、培养管理模式的优化、培养目标的明确和服务质量的提升,分析了博士后科研工作站在培养高层次人才和推动科技进步中的关键作用。同时,总结目前的博士后工作尚存在研究人员内心不达预期、经费不足、人才评价体系单一等问题。基于以上分析,提出提升科研生活配套、完善在站培养体系和畅通未来发展路径等解决路径和建议,以期提高博士后培养水平,增强博士后人才的吸引力和稳定性,促进科研创新和成果转化。 |

Postdoctoral research workstations are important carriers for cultivating high-level talents. The research took Institute of Tea Research, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example to summarize the main practices and achievements of postdoctoral workstations, including the improvement of institutional mechanisms, optimization of training and management models, clarification of training objectives and improvement of service quality. And it analyzed the key role of postdoctoral research workstations in cultivating high-level talents and promoting scientific and technological progress. At the same time, there were still problems with the current postdoctoral work, such as uneasy and insecure among researchers, insufficient funding and a single talent evaluation system. Based on the above analysis, solutions and suggestions are proposed to enhance the supporting facilities for scientific research and life, improve the on-site training system, and smooth the future development path, in order to improve the level of postdoctoral training, enhance the attractiveness and stability of postdoctoral talents, and promote scientific research innovation and achievement transformation. |
