新时期农业科研院所做好档案工作的思考——以中国农业科学院茶叶研究所为例

摘要:

档案工作是农业科研院所重要的基础性和服务性工作。一直以来，党和国家领导人都高度重视档案管理工作，在不同的场合进行了重要阐述。档案工作是一项非常重要的基础性工作，经验得以总结，规律得以认识，历史得以延续，各项事业的发展，都离不开档案。当前，档案处于创新驱动、转型发展的关键时期，打造优质高效的现代电子化档案工作体系，更好地服务农业产业发展，成为档案工作面临的时代课题。文章以中国农业科学院茶叶研究所为例，探讨了新时代下做好农业科研院所档案工作现代化的重要性，结合具体实践，分析了当前工作中存在的问题，提出完善档案机制建设、提高档案管理意识、构建档案人才队伍、整合打通档案和办公系统等建议，以期实现农业科研院所档案规范化、科学化、信息化管理，提高档案工作现代化水平。

Abstract:

Archival work is an important basic and service work for agricultural scientific research institutes. Archival work is a very important work, mainly because archival work is a basic work, experience can be summarized, laws can be recognized, history can be continued, the development of various undertakings, are inseparable from archives. At present, archives are in a critical period of innovation-driven, transformation and development. Creating a high-quality and efficient modern electronic archival work system and better serving the development of agricultural industry, has become an era issue facing archival work. Taking the Tea Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper discussed the importance of modernization of archival work in agricultural research institutes in the new era, analyzed the problems existing in the current work in combination with specific practice, and put forward suggestions on improving the construction of archives mechanism, enhancing the awareness of archival management, constructing archival talent team, integrating and opening up archives and office systems, to realize the standardization, scientific and information management of archives in agricultural research institutes and improve the modernization level of archival work.
