摘要:

新质生产力是引领农业科研电子数据与农业科研电子档案高质量、高效能管理服务的时代要求与重要驱动力。文章以新时代新理念、新要求新挑战、新资源新动能视野，探索农业科研电子数据提质增效要素功能与技术方法，构建数据史料整理、分类、标识、著录、编目、存储与数据管理、深化检索业务系统模型。该模型以农业科研电子数据治理层、数据层、功能层、保障层一体框架设计，搭建农业科研档案数据库高质量建设发展路径，提高咨询、查阅、利用数据信息的快捷性、精准性，牵引农业科研档案形式、内容与载体、类型的丰富扩充，为形成和发展农业科技新质生产力奠定科技资源支撑。

Abstract:

New quality productivity is the era's requirement and important driving force for leading high-quality and efficient management services of agricultural scientific research electronic data and agricultural scientific research electronic archives.
