新时代农业科研院所科普工作常态化的思考——以中国农业科学院为例

摘要:

科学技术普及是连接科学研究与社会需求的重要桥梁纽带。文章以中国农业科学院为例，阐述了农业科研院所开展科普工作的重要性，系统总结了主要实践路径与成效，包括举办农科开放日、实施科普赋能乡村振兴、推动科普进校园、建设科普教育阵地、弘扬农科精神等，分析了科普工作在提升科研院所社会影响力和促进公民科学素质提升中的关键作用。同时，该文还梳理了当前科普工作中存在科普机构设置不健全、激励机制不完善、经费与条件保障不足、原创性内容匮乏等问题。针对发现问题，提出了转变思想观念、健全激励机制、加强人才队伍建设、统筹整合资源等优化农业科研院所科普工作的对策建议。

Abstract:

Science popularization serves as a vital bridge connecting scientific research with societal needs. Taking the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, this research elaborated on the significance of science communication in agricultural research institutes. And it systematically summarized key practices and achievements, including organizing Agricultural Science Open Days, implementing science communication initiatives to empower rural revitalization, promoting science education in schools, building science education platforms, and promoting the spirit of agricultural science. Then it analyzed the critical role of science communication in enhancing the social impact of research institutes and improving public scientific literacy. Meanwhile, it identified existing challenges such as inadequate institutional structures for science communication, incomplete incentive mechanisms, insufficient funding and resource support, and a lack of original content. In response, it proposed countermeasures including shifting mindsets, improving incentive mechanisms, strengthening talent development, and integrating resources to optimize science communication efforts in agricultural research institutes.
