农业科研单位“党建+科技服务”融合发展的实践探索以某研究所为例

摘要:

实施乡村振兴战略，农业科技创新是核心支撑，农业科研单位需发挥党建引领作用，推动党建与科技服务融合发展，为乡村振兴筑牢科技支撑。文章以某研究所为例，介绍了“党建+科技服务”融合的内涵与战略意义。该研究所作为国家级非营利性科研机构，通过“党支部建在科研团队上”的模式推动党建与业务融合。在实践上，通过党建引领人才赋能、所村联动结对共建、科技攻关助力发展、亮点示范转化推广、专家服务精准帮扶等方式，将党建优势转化为科技服务效能。为提升融合效果，该文还提出优化策略，包括构建“党建+科技服务”协同体系，培育“三型”新人才，探索科技服务新模式，先锋示范营造积极科研氛围，打造协同创新新生态等，旨在为农业科研单位服务乡村振兴提供参考。

Abstract:

In implementing the rural revitalization strategy, agricultural science and technology innovation serves as the core support. Agricultural research institutions need to leverage the leading role of Party building, promote the integrated development of Party building and technological services, and establish a solid technological foundation for rural revitalization. Taking XX Research Institute as an example, this research introduced the connotation and strategic significance of the integration of "Party building + technological services". As a national-level non-profit research institution, XX Research Institute promoted the integration of Party building and business through the model of "establishing Party branches within scientific research teams". In practice, it leveraged Party building to empower talents, established partnerships between the institute and villages, tackled technological challenges to drive development, demonstrated and promoted highlights, and provided precise assistance from experts, thereby transforming the advantages of Party building into the efficiency of technological services. To enhance the integration effect, it also proposed optimization strategies, including constructing a collaborative system for "Party building + technological services", cultivating "three types" of new talents, exploring new models of technological services, creating a positive research atmosphere through pioneering demonstrations, and building a new ecosystem for collaborative innovation. These strategies aim to provide references for agricultural research institutions in serving rural revitalization.
