农业科技助推地方新型农业经营主体发展——以河北省张家口市为例

摘要:

新型农业经营主体担负着实现农业规模经营和小农户对接大市场的重任,培育新型农业经营主体是农业现代化发展的必由之路。农业科技助推地方新型农业经营主体的发展是科技赋能农业现代化发展的重要实践和组织化形式,是解决农业科技传播“最后一公里”问题的有效途径,对于推动区域农业现代化发展具有重要意义。文章以河北省张家口市为例,首先分析了新型农业经营主体发展特征以及其对农业科技的诉求,然后基于张家口农业科技发展现状,详细分析了农业科技助力新型农业经营主体发展的实践效应,并提出现存问题和发展困境,最后结合体制建设和政策扶持提出发展策略。

Abstract:

New agricultural management entities bear the responsibility of achieving large-scale agricultural operations and connecting small farmers with large markets. Cultivating new agricultural management entities is the only way for the modernization of agriculture. Agricultural technology promotes the development of new local agricultural management entities, which is an important practice and organizational form of technology empowering the modernization of agriculture. It is an effective way to solve the last mile problem of agricultural technology dissemination and has significant implications for promoting regional agricultural modernization. The article takes Zhangjiakou as an example, first analyzing the development characteristics of new agricultural management entities and their demands for agricultural technology. Then, based on the current situation of agricultural technology development in Zhangjiakou, the practical effects of agricultural technology in supporting the development of new agricultural management entities are analyzed in detail, and existing problems and development difficulties are pointed out. Finally, development strategies are proposed in combination with institutional construction and policy support.
