| As an important force in promoting agricultural scientific and technological innovation and development, the management positions in agricultural scientific research institutes play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth progress of scientific research work and improving the efficiency and quality of scientific research. This paper analyzes the importance of the management positions in agricultural scientific research institutes, discusses the existing problems in the current management positions, and puts forward the corresponding optimization paths, hoping to provide a useful reference for optimizing the work of the management positions in agricultural scientific research institutes. |
