摘要:

本文从农业新质生产力视角出发，深入剖析了农业科研项目管理的现状与存在的问题，并通过文献研究、案例分析等方法，提出了一系列针对性的优化路径。研究发现，传统管理模式在资源分配、管理机制、科研成果转化及人才队伍建设等方面存在不足，制约了农业新质生产力的发展。基于此，本文提出了创新管理理念、完善管理体制机制、提升管理技术水平、加强人才队伍建设等优化策略，以提升农业科研项目管理效率与质量，推动农业新质生产力发展，助力农业现代化进程。

Abstract:

From the perspective of agricultural new quality productivity, this paper thoroughly analyses the current situation and existing problems of agrarian research project management and proposes a series of targeted optimization paths through literature research, case analysis, and other methods. It is found that the traditional management mode is deficient in resource allocation, management mechanism, transformation of scientific research results, and talent team building, which restricts the development of agricultural new quality productivity. Based on this, this paper proposes optimization strategies such as innovating management concepts, perfecting management system mechanisms, improving management technology level, and strengthening talent team building, to improve the efficiency and quality of agricultural research project management, promote the development of new quality productivity and support the process of agricultural modernization.
