| 分析了当前我国农业科学研究的新形势，以中国农业科学院京区研究所为样本，总结了其行政管理体系中单元设置、制度体系、队伍建设及管理方式等方面的问题，提出应精简管理单元、建立健全制度体系、打造专业管理队伍、加强信息化建设等举措，以全面提升行效能，适应新形势的需要。 |

| The study analyzed the new landscape of agricultural scientific research in China, using the institutes under the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in the Beijing as a case study, It identified issues in their administrative systems, including organizational structure, institutional frameworks, team development, and management approaches. To comprehensively enhance administrative efficiency and meet the demands of the new era, the paper proposed measures such as streamlining management units, establishing robust institutional systems, building professional management teams, and strengthening IT infrastructure development. |
