摘要:

本文深入剖析基层农业科研事业单位资产管理工作,结合实际工作经验,梳理在制度与机构设置、资产购置、日常管理及处置等环节可能存在的问题,如制度缺失、预算审批不灵活、盘点不规范、报废管理不完善等。针对性提出改进策略,包括完善资产管理制度、配备专业管理人员、构建信息化管理系统、强化无形及数据资产管理等,旨在提升基层农业科研事业单位资产管理水平,保障资产安全与高效利用。

Abstract:

This article deeply analyzes the asset management work of agricultural scientific research institutions at the grassroots level. Combining with practical work experience, it sorts out the possible problems in such aspects as the establishment of systems and institutions, asset acquisition, daily management, and disposal. These problems include the lack of systems, inflexible budget approval, non-standard inventory checks, and imperfect scrap management, etc. Targeted improvement strategies are put forward, including improving the asset management system, allocating professional management personnel, building an information-based management system, and strengthening the management of intangible assets and data assets. The purpose is to enhance the asset management level of agricultural scientific research institutions at the grassroots level and ensure the safety and efficient utilization of assets.
