摘要:

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央把党的纪律建设纳入党的建设总体布局,强调纪律教育需实现常态化长效化。本文基于计划行为理论(TPB)构建“态度-规范-控制”三维分析框架,结合C科研院所纪律教育实践,对1550份调查问卷进行实证研究,探究科研院所推进纪律教育常态化长效化的行为转化机制,提出路径优化建议。

Abstract:

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist - Party of China, the Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has incorporated the construction of Party discipline into the overall layout of Party - building, emphasizing the need to make discipline education normalized and long - term. Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), this paper constructs a three - dimensional analysis framework of "Attitude - Norm - Control". Combining with the discipline education practice of Research Institute C, it conducts an empirical study on 1550 questionnaires, explores the behavior transformation mechanism of research institutes in promoting the normalization and long - term effectiveness of discipline education, and puts forward suggestions for path optimization.
