天空地遥感大数据赋能果园生产精准管理

摘要:
【目的】水果产业是农民增收的支柱产业,在我国农业农村经济发展中占有重要地位。 面对新的产业发展困境,推进果园生产全方位、全角度、全链条数字化改造,构建现代化数 字果园发展模式具有重要的现实意义。【方法】文章提出了天空地遥感大数据驱动的果园生 产精准管理新模式,以“数据—知识—决策”为主线,以果园生产数字化、网络化和智能 化为目标,推进农业信息技术、农学农艺与农机装备的融合应用。【结果/结论】利用航天 遥感(天)、航空遥感(空)、地面物联网(地)一体化的技术手段,构建天空地一体化的 果园智能感知技术体系,进行果园数量、空间位置与地理环境的精准感知与信息获取,解决 “数据从哪里来”的基础问题;集成天空地遥感大数据、果树模型、图像视频识别、深度学 习与数据挖掘等方法,构建果树长势、病虫害、水肥、产量等监测专有模型和算法,实现果 园生产的快速监测与诊断,解决“数据怎么用”的关键问题;结合自动控制、传感器、农机 装备等,利用数据赋能作业装备,实现果园生产的精准和无人作业,解决“数据如何服务” 的重要问题。

Abstract:
[ Purpose]Fruit industry is the pillar industry of increasing farmers’ income and occupies an important position in the development of agricultural and rural economy in China. In the face of the new industrial development dilemma,it is of great practical significance to promote the all-side,full-angle and full-chain digital transformation of orchard production and construct the modern digital orchard development mode. [Method]This research puts forward a new framework for precise management of orchard production driven by remote sensing big data from satellite,aerial,and ground integrated (SAGI),which takes “data-knowledge-decision making” as the main line and aims at digitization,networking and intellectualization of orchard production,promoting the development of agricultural information technology and the integration between agronomy and agricultural machinery equipment. [Result/Conclusion]Specifically, this paper takes advantage of integrated technology that includes satellite remote sensing (satellite),aerial remote sensing (aerial) and ground internet of things (ground),constructing the SAGI intellisense orchard system. In this process,firstly we want to get precise information including the number of orchard,space location and geographical environment and to solve the fundamental issue of “where does the data come from”. Secondly,by integrating the methods of remote sensing big data with the SAGI,fruiter model,image-video recognition,deep learning and data mining,we can construct the proprietary monitoring model and algorithm of fruit tree growth,diseases and pests,water and fertilizer,yield and other aspect to realize the rapid monitoring and diagnosis of orchard production and solve the key problem of “how to use data”. Thirdly,with the combination of automatic control,sensor,agricultural machinery equipment and the use of data enabling operation equipment,the precision of orchard production and unmanned operation can be realized,and the important problem of “how to serve data” can be solved.
