果园大数据智能管理与服务平台探索与实践

摘要:

【目的】 传统数字化果园管理中存在数据存储分散、数据处理效率低、服务能力弱和整个生命周期的农业生产数据缺乏等问题，开发集数据存储、管理、挖掘分析和决策支持等功能于一体的果园大数据智能管理与服务平台迫在眉睫。【方法】 文章通过结合“空－天－地”一体化、数字农业、智慧农业等理念，集成深度学习、概率图模型和知识图谱等人工智能方法，开发了果园大数据智能管理与服务平台。【结果】 平台实现了果树数量自动统计、地理环境感知、农机设备自动化精准感知、果园生产周期数据管理和智能化更新功能，同时平台还提供水、肥、药智能决策服务和智能农机生产作业管控服务。【结论】 该平台在成都市龙泉驿现代农业园区进行应用，实现了桃园生产大数据的智能管理和提供精准生产指导服务。该平台的实现为促进果园智能管理和精准生产指导服务提供技术参考，对实现果园智慧化管理具有重要意义。

Abstract:

[Purpose] There are many problems in traditional digital orchard management，including decentralized data storage，low data processing efficiency，weak service capacity，and lack of agricultural production data throughout the life cycle. Therefore，it is urgent to develop an intelligent orchard big data management and service platform integrating data storage，management，mining and analysis，and decision support.[Method] In this study，the orchard big data intelligent management and service platform is developed by combining the concepts of“space -sky- earth”integration，digital agriculture and intelligent agriculture，and integrating artificial intelligence methods such as deep learning，probability graph model and knowledge graph.[Result] The platform not only realizes the functions of automatic statistics of fruit trees，geographical environment perception，automatic and accurate perception of agricultural machinery equipment，data management and intelligent update of orchard production cycle，but also provides intelligent decision-making services of water，fertilizer and medicine and intelligent production operation control services of agricultural machinery.[Conclusion] The platform was applied in Longquanyi Modern Agricultural Park，Chengdu city，Sichuan Province，China，realized the intelligent management of big data of peach orchard production and providing precision production guidance services. This platform provides technical reference for promoting intelligent orchard management and precision production guidance services，and is of great significance for realizing intelligent orchard management.
