【目的】 对中国省级农业数字经济的综合评价研究,进一步确定中国农业数字经济程度和各个指标之间的相互关联关系。【方法】 文章构建了包含3个一级指数、12个二级指数的农业数字经济综合评价指标体系,基于2021年我国30个省(市、区,不含港澳台、上海市)农业数字经济发展数据,通过相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析,对我国各地区份农业数字化进行综合评价。【结果】 各地区农业数字经济发展水平与所构建指标密切相关;综合评价得分前5位分别为浙江、北京、江苏、广东和山东,后5位分别为云南、贵州、吉林、西藏和黑龙江;农业数字经济发展水平分类第一大类包括2个地区,分别为江苏和浙江;第二大类包括2个地区,分别为北京和广东;第三大类包括山东、河北和河南等6个地区;第四大类包括重庆、黑龙江、新疆和内蒙古等12个地区;第五类包含贵州、甘肃、青海和西藏等8个地区。评价结果与我国农业数字经济实际发展状况基本相符。【结论】 从全国范围来看,由于地理、经济、农业结构等多方面因素对农业数字经济发展水平的影响,各地区差异显著,东部地区在农业数字经济方面普遍较为发达,而西部地区的发展相对滞后,农业数字经济发展水平水平由东部到西部呈阶梯状递减的发展格局。 |

Research on comprehensive evaluation of the development level of provincial agricultural digital economy in China |

Abstract: |
[Purpose] For comprehensive evaluation research on the digitalization of agriculture and rural areas at the provincial level in China,aiming to further determine the degree of agricultural digital economy and the interrelationships among various indicators.[Method] A comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed based on the 2021 digital economic data of thirty provincial-level regions in China. This system comprised three primary indices and eight secondary indices. Through Z-score standardization,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis,a comprehensive assessment of agricultural digital economy across regions was conducted.[Result] The analysis results revealed that the top 5 regions in comprehensive evaluation scores were Zhejiang,Beijing,Jiangsu,Guangdong,and Shandong,while the bottom 5 were Yunan,Guizhou,Jilin,Tibet,and Heilongjiang. The final evaluation outcomes corresponded closely with the actual development status of agricultural digital economy in China. The classification of the development level of the agricultural digital economy was divided into five major categories. The first category included two regions,namely Jiangsu and Zhejiang. The second category comprised two regions,namely Beijing and Guangdong. The third category included six regions,such as Shandong,Hebei,and Henan. The fourth category consisted of twelve regions,including Chongqing,Heilongjiang,Xinjiang,and Inner Mongolia. The fifth category encompassed eight regions,including Guizhou,Gansu,Qinghai,and Tibet.[Conclusion] In a nationwide perspective,the development of the agricultural digital economy varies significantly across regions due to various factors such as geography,economy,and agricultural structure. Generally,the eastern regions are more advanced in the agricultural digital economy,while the development in western regions lags behind relatively. There exists a staggered pattern of decreasing levels of development in agricultural digital economy from the eastern to the western regions. . |
