数字经济赋能乡村产业振兴的影响机制与空间效应

摘要:

[目的]构建有关乡村数字经济以及产业发展水平的综合指标,探究各地数字经济推动乡村产业发展情况,以求更为全面、深入和细致地分析数字经济的空间效应以及地区差异。[方法]利用2011—2021年我国30个省市地区(不含香港、澳门、台湾、西藏地区)的面板数据,采用熵权Topsis法、个体—时间双向固定的空间杜宾模型等方法探究数字经济赋能乡村产业发展的中介机制、数字经济对于乡村产业发展的空间溢出效应以及空间异质性。[结果]研究显示:我国数字经济以及乡村产业发展水平正不断提升,总体呈现东高西低的分布态势；数字经济能够赋能乡村产业振兴,并且城乡融合在这一影响机制中存在着重要的推动作用,验证了“数字经济→城乡融合→乡村产业振兴”的作用机制模型；空间效应表明数字经济的发展不仅对本地区的乡村产业具有促进作用,还可以推动邻近地区的发展,另外乡村产业的发展也对邻近省份产业水平业具有提升作用；异质性分析表明,数字经济对于东中西部地区乡村产业发展的影响存在显著差异,与中东部地区相比对于西部地区的促进作用更加明显。[结论]不难发现,数字经济赋能乡村产业发展具有显著的时空异质性。

Abstract:

Currently, China"s digital economy has entered a rapid development track, which more prominently reflects its role as a "stabilizer" and "accelerator". Effectively integrating the digital economy into various aspects of rural industrial development can enhance the endogenous driving force of industrial development, and is of great significance for promoting the realization of rural revitalization. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this article uses panel data from 30 provinces and cities in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Tibet) from 2011 to 2021 to measure the rural digital economy and industrial level of each province using the entropy weight Topsis method, and studies the intermediary mechanism of digital economy empowering rural industrial development, Empirical analysis is conducted on the spatial spillover effects and heterogeneity of digital economy on rural industrial development between different provinces using an individual time bidirectional fixed spatial Durbin model. The research results show that the development level of China"s digital economy and rural industries is constantly improving, with an overall distribution trend of high in the east and low in the west; The digital economy can empower the revitalization of rural industries, and urban-rural integration plays an important driving role in this impact mechanism, verifying the mechanism model of "digital economy → urban-rural integration → rural industry revitalization"; The spatial effect indicates that the development of the digital economy not only promotes rural industries in the region, but also promotes the development of neighboring areas. In addition, the development of rural industries also has an enhancing effect on the industrial level of neighboring provinces; Heterogeneity analysis shows that there are significant differences in the impact of the digital economy on the development of rural industries in the eastern, central, and western regions, with a more significant promoting effect on the western region compared to the central and eastern regions. This article provides new ideas for effectively connecting poverty alleviation achievements with rural revitalization and high-quality development in the digital economy era.
