数字新基建对乡村产业振兴的空间效应分析 ——基于89个西部城市和自治州数据的实证研究

摘要:

[目的]自西部大开发以来，数字新基建不断为乡村产业振兴提供关键支撑，推动了西部农村经济的良性运行，因此探究数字新基建对乡村产业振兴的影响具有重要意义。[方法]文章采用python软件词频分析法测度数字新基建水平，采用熵权法测度乡村产业振兴水平，运用空间杜宾模型考察数字新基建对乡村产业振兴的影响，并使用多尺度地理加权模型检验其空间异质性。[结果]（1）数字新基建对乡村产业振兴存在先抑制后促进的影响，且对周边地区产生空间溢出效应；（2）2022年数字新基建对乡村产业振兴的空间异质性显示西部地区数字新基建对乡村产业振兴的影响呈现自上到下梯队式分布，西北地区的影响大于西南地区。[结论]数字新基建对乡村产业振兴在时间和空间上整体产生“U”型的非线性影响，由于资源禀赋差异和产业集群式发展使得数字新基建对不同地区的乡村产业振兴产生非均衡的赋能作用，文章为西部地区因地制宜建设数字基础设施和发展特色乡村产业提供理论支撑。

Abstract:

Since the Western Development, the digital new infrastructure has been providing the key support for the revitalization of rural industries, promoting the healthy operation of the western rural economy, it is of great significance to explore the impact of digital new infrastructure on the revitalization of rural industry. This paper uses Python software word frequency analysis to measure the level of digital new infrastructure, uses entropy weight method to measure the level of rural industry revitalization, and uses spatial Dubin model to examine the impact of digital new infrastructure on rural industry revitalization, the spatial heterogeneity was tested by using multi-scale geographic weighted model. The results are as follows: (1) digital new infrastructure has the effect of first restraining and then promoting the rural industry revitalization, and has the spatial spillover effect on the surrounding areas; (2) the spatial heterogeneity of the impact of digital new infrastructure on rural industry revitalization in 2022 shows that the impact of digital new infrastructure on rural industry revitalization in western China is distributed from top to bottom, and the impact in northwest China is greater than that in southwest China. The new digital infrastructure has a“U”-shaped non-linear influence on the revitalization of rural industry in time and space as a whole, because of the difference of resource endowment and the development of industrial cluster, the new digital infrastructure has an unbalanced empowering effect on the revival of rural industry in different regions, this paper provides theoretical support for the construction of digital infrastructure and the development of characteristic rural industry in the western region.
