【目的】深入了解国家现代农业产业园发展状况,剖析影响园区发展的因素,对推动农业高质量发展具有重要意义。【方法】文章基于熵值法对国家现代农业产业园竞争力进行测度与评价,选取4个维度22个指标构建产业园竞争力评价指标体系。通过熵值法分别进行数据标准化、比重、熵值、权重计算,获得各产业园多项竞争力排名。【结果】不同产业园在基础竞争力、生产竞争力、市场竞争力、可持续竞争力等方面有不同的表现。基础竞争力方面,华中、华东地区的产业园在基础设施建设、产业配套方面表现出色。生产竞争力方面,许多园区通过优化产业结构、整合全产业链,推动生产价值的提高。市场竞争力方面,东部地区园区凭借优越的区位优势和完善的产业链布局,持续引领全国农业经济发展。可持续竞争力方面,绿色生态和科技创新成为园区发展的重要方向。【结论】该文提出通过科学规划布局、完善配套服务、发展智慧农业提升基础竞争力;通过发展高效农业、延伸园区产业链、推广标准化生产提升生产竞争力;通过加强质量监管、发展农村电商、完善物流体系提升市场竞争力;通过节约利用资源、推进社会化服务、构建惠农利益链提升可持续竞争力,以推动国家现代农业产业园建设运营,实现农业高质量发展。 |

[Purpose] To gain a deeper understanding of the development status of national modern agricultural industrial parks, analyze the factors that affect the development of the parks, and explore the importance of promoting high-quality agricultural development.[Method] The article measures and evaluates the competitiveness of national modern agricultural industrial parks based on the entropy method, selecting 22 indicators from 4 dimensions to construct an evaluation index system for industrial park competitiveness. By using the entropy method to standardize data, calculate proportions, entropy values, and weights, multiple competitiveness rankings for each industrial park can be obtained.[Result] Different industrial parks have different performances in terms of basic competitiveness, production competitiveness, market competitiveness, and sustainable competitiveness.In terms of basic competitiveness, industrial parks in Central and East China have shown outstanding performance in infrastructure construction and industrial supporting facilities. In terms of production competitiveness, many parks promote the increase of production value by optimizing industrial structure and integrating the entire industry chain. In terms of market competitiveness, the parks in the eastern region continue to lead the development of the national agricultural economy with their superior location advantages and perfect industrial chain layout. In terms of sustainable competitiveness, green ecology and technological innovation have become important directions for the development of the park.[Conclusion] This article proposes to enhance basic competitiveness through scientific planning and layout, improving supporting services, and developing smart agriculture; Enhance production competitiveness by developing efficient agriculture, extending the industrial chain of the park, and promoting standardized production; Enhance market competitiveness by strengthening quality supervision, developing rural e-commerce, and improving logistics systems; By conserving resources, promoting socialized services, and building a beneficial agricultural interest chain to enhance sustainable competitiveness, we aim to promote the construction and operation of national modern agricultural industrial parks and achieve high-quality agricultural development. |
