摘要:

我国农业资源表现出前所未有的风险，主要表现在土地资源数量不断减少，质量不断下降，水资源短缺，这给我国经济发展、粮食的安全供给、社会稳定等方面带来了严重的影响，为了防范农业资源风险，可以采取诸如强化法制建设、加大执法力度、更新观念、发展高新技术等措施。

Abstract:

Agricultural resources have shown unprecedented risks, of farmland resources, continuous degradation of their quality, which mainly express in continuous reduction shortage of water resources. All these have brought sever influences to the development of Chinese economy, the safety supply of grain and social security, as well. In order to prevent these risks in agricultural resources, measures of strengthening law construction, enforcing law execution, renewing concepts and developing new and high technology should be taken.
