摘要:

该文在分析福建省果蔬加工业发展现状、存在差距的基础上，提出了加快福建省果蔬加工业原料基地建设，及加工设备开发、新工艺新技术的研究应用，建立完善的冷链流通、产品的标准和质量体系，发展信息网络等的对策措施。

Abstract:

On the bases of thoroughly analyzing the development status of fruit and vegetable Processing industry in Fujian Province and the existing problems, this paper raises countermeasures as speeding the construction of raw material base for processing fruit and vegetable industry, developing processing equipment, studying and applying new technology, establishing a complete circulation chain and a system with product criterion and quality guarantee.
