| 该文从现实粮食生产能力和潜在粮食生产能力两个方面分析阐述了尤溪县粮食综合生产能力的主要特点，并依据制约尤溪县粮食综合生产能力的问题，提出了稳定粮食面积、控制人口增长、改善土壤结构、增加投入等提高粮食综合生产能力的对策与措施。 |
