贫困地区农村公共产品的需求特征研究

摘要:

近几年，对农村公共产品的供给讨论比较多．而很少对农民这个需求主体的需求进行研究。只有很好满足需求的供给才是有效的供给。作者对需求总量暂不做深入研究，而是假定农村公共产品的供给总量基本能够满足农村经济发展需要和农民需求的。作者探讨和显示农民对公共产品的需求特征，从而为贫困地区农村公共产品的提供以及发挥公共财政作用提供建议。

Abstract:

Recently, there are many discussions about the supply of rural public products. But there is a fat lot research on the requirement of farmers who are the main bodies for this requirement. Only when supply can satisfies demands, the supply is effective. This paper does not make thorough study on the total amount of requirement, but assumes that the total supplying amount of rural public products could basically satisfy the demands for rural economy development, as well as the farmers requirement. The authors expound display the characteristics of farmers requirement for public products, therefore raise suggestions for supplying rural public products and displaying the roles of public finance at the poverty stricken areas.
