| Abstract: |
| This paper expounds that at present the rural economy in China is developing towards favorable orientation and there are 4 issues needed to be concerned in the rural development. It also raises 4 counter --measures, such as taking comprehensive reformation in the rural areas as the leading line, issuing special national debt, etc. forms to vigorously stimulate the construction of new rural areas, establishing modern agriculture supporting system and public service system. |
