山西省粮食安全的耕地保护研究

摘要:

提出了山西省粮食安全及耕地保护研究的基本框架，对山西省耕地资源、粮食需求量和耕地区域生产潜力做了研究，对粮食安全和耕地阀值进行了计算，对粮食和耕地变化提出高、中、低3个方案进行预测后认为：全省2010年耕地应保持在410万hm^2，2020年耕地应保持在420万hm^2。

Abstract:

This paper puts forward a basic framework for studies on grain security and arable land protection in Shanxi Province. It conducts calculations on grain security and threshold value of arable land, and deems that in 2010 the total areas of arable land of the whole province should be kept no less than 4. 10 million hm2 and in 2020, no less than 4. 20 million hm2, after forecasting high, medium and low 3 schemes of grain and arable land changes.
