Abstract:

This paper analyzes the traits of rural areas at plain, mountainous and border regions, and existing problems; discusses the ways of constructing socialist new rural areas at different regions; puts forward some detailed methods and counter measures for constructing socialist new rural areas at plain, mountainous and border regions.
