摘要:

随着WTO过渡期的结束，我国畜牧业发展中出现了外资对畜牧业龙头企业并购力度加强和畜产品贸易逆差加大的新情况。该文对产生这些现象的原因和影响进行了初步分析，并给出了建立外资并购的监管机制等政策建议。

Abstract:

With the ending of WTO transition period, a new situation appears in the development of animal husbandry in China, i. e. the strength of combined purchase of leading animal husbandry enterprises by foreign investment becomes stronger and the trade deficit of animal products becomes larger. This paper makes an initial analysis on the reasons and influences of these phenomena and puts forward several policy suggestions, such as establishing supervising system on combined purchase by foreign investment.
