生态经济综合区划研究回顾与展望

摘要:

该文概要分析了生态经济综合区划研究的现状，对比研究了国内已有的若干生态经济区划方案，认为生态经济区划是当前区域可持续发展工作中较高层次的研究工作，且区划的精度要求越来越高，县域小尺度生态经济区划和山区生态经济区划是热点；在方法上应该采取自上而下（top-down）和自下而上（bottom-up）相结合，鉴于已有的聚类方法的局限性，应发展基于3S技术的、可操作性强、动态的新的区划方法。

Abstract:

This paper briefly analyzes the present status of comprehensive regional planning research on ecological economy, comparatively studies several domestic regional planning schemes about ecological economy. The paper deems that at present regional planning of ecological economy is a higher leveled research in regional sustainable development. It requests higher and higher precision, in which regional planning of ecological economy with small county scale and for mountainous regions are hot spots. The authors suggest the method of combining top-down and bottom-up two directions. Owing to the limitations of the ready clustering method, new regional planning method based on 3S technology, with strong operation ability and dynamic character should be developed.
