甘肃石羊河流域民勤绿洲水资源可持续利用对策

摘要:

民勤绿洲位于甘肃河西走廊石羊河流域的末端,近年来由于对水资源的过度利用导致生态恶化。该文从人口变迁、产业结构、农业生产活动等方面分析了原因,提出了以提高水效率为目标,调整产业结构,发展风力发电和用水较少的高科技工业、农产品加工项目;变革农作制度,大力推广设施农业、膜下滴灌、垄沟灌溉等节水农业技术,实现绿洲水资源可持续利用的对策。

Abstract:

Minqin Oasis is located at the end of Shiyang River Valley at Hexi Corridor of Gansu Province.Recently the excess utilization of water resources leads to ecology deteriorating.This paper analyzes the reasons from population flux,industry structure,agriculture production activities etc.: puts forward several counter measures as to set water efficiency improving as target,to readjust industry structure,to develop high-tech industry of generating electricity by wind power and saving water and of agriculture products processing items,to reform farming system,to vigorously extend green house agriculture,water saving agriculture technology of dripping irrigation under plastic cover,ridge and furrow irrigation,to realize the sustainable utilization of water resources in oasis.
