| 成功转移农业剩余劳动力,是解决"三农"问题、实现经济健康发展的关键。该文从农业剩余劳动力转移的滞后性、阶段性以及内部转移的非均衡性3个方面对云南省农业剩余劳动力转移的特征进行分析,从而为云南省4类不同地区农业剩余劳动力转移政策的制订提供依据。 |

| Abstract: |
| It is a key task to successfully transform surplus agriculture labor forces for dealing the issue of "three Agriculture" and realizing healthy economic development.This paper analyzes the traits of Yunnan Province in transforming surplus agriculture labor forces from three aspects: lagging behind and different phases in transforming surplus agriculture labor forces and unevenness in transforming from inside;and provides basis for developing policies of transforming surplus agriculture labor forces at 4 different regions in Yunnan Province. |
