河北循环农业建设的实践与探讨

摘要:

以河北省循环农业试点项目为例,论述了"四位一体"模式的理论基础和思路,介绍了"四位一体"试点项目的实施机制及其效益情况,提出了大循环由政府推动、小循环由农户实践及"四位一体"模式可作为河北省解决农村经济、资源、社会、环境等问题和新农村建设的一个有效途径,并从沼气利用的社会化、市场化以及沼气利用规模化、沼气发电和能源农业等方面探讨了发展前景。

Abstract:

Taking the experiment project of circling agriculture in Hebei Province,this paper expounds the theoretical base and thought for the pattern of 'Combing 4 Units as a Whole' ;introduces this project's implementing mechanism and benefit;raises that the big circle be pushed by the government and small circle,implemented by farm households,'Combing 4 Units as a Whole' pattern be an effective way to solve the problems of rural economy,resources,society,environment,etc.and to construct new rural areas.It also discusses the development prospect for socialization,marketing of marsh gas utilization,and the scale of marsh gas utilization,generating electricity by marsh gas and energy agriculture,etc.
