| 该文在确定了农业发展约束条件的基础上,以2005年为基期,建立了黑龙江省2010年农业结构的线性规划模型,同时针对黑龙江省农业结构现状和宏观环境的影响,提出了3种侧重点不同的结构调整方案,并进行优化分析,为制定农业结构调整政策提供具体的数量参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| On the basis of confirming the restrictive conditions for agriculture development,this paper takes 2005 as a radix period of time,establishes a linear programming mode for agriculture structure of Heilongjiang Province in 2010.At the same time,according to the present status of Heilongjiang agriculture structure and influences by macro environment,the paper raises 3 structure adjusting schemes with different emphasis,then conducts optimizing analysis,and provides detailed quantitative references for developing policies to adjust agriculture structure. |
