鄱阳湖区域新农村建设的探讨

摘要:

鄱阳湖地区农村自然条件优越,社会经济条件欠发达。问题主要表现在水土资源利用、生态环境、能源、交通、农村经济、人口转移及农村保障等方面。提出了解决问题的对策:高效利用农用地;发展包括生态农业及休闲旅游为特色的第三产业,以调整产业结构,转移农村人口;开源节流,开发多种能源;建立农村卫生饮水体系;加大招商引资力度等。

Abstract:

The rural nature conditions around Poyang Lake region are preponderant,but its social economic conditions are less developed.Problems exist in the utilization of water and land resources,ecological conditions,energy,transportation,rural economy,population displace and rural ensue and guarantee,etc.This paper puts forward counter measures for solving these problems,such as utilizing arable land with high efficiency,developing the third industries including ecological agriculture and tourism so as to adjust the structure of industry,displacing rural population,exploiting energy from multi-resources,establishing healthy drinking water system in rural areas,strengthening attracting quotient and introducing foreign funds,etc.
