摘要:

阐述当前要着重研究的国家粮食安全、农产品供给结构平衡、农产品质量安全监管、加快农业科技进步、加快农村劳动力转移、农村制度建设创新等问题。对资源区划学会提出要加强5个方面的重点工作,强调增强全局意识、发挥各分会作用、调动各会员单位的积极性。

Abstract:

This paper expounds the keynote areas for present research works:national grain safety,balance for supplying structure of agriculture products,supervision on quality safety of agriculture products,promoting the progress in science and technology,speeding up the transformation of rural labor forces,and innovation of system construction in rural areas,etc.It also puts forward 5 important tasks for the Resources Regional Planning Association,laying emphasis on strengthening the concept for work in all fields,displaying the function of all brancees of the Association,putting all activeness of all member units into full play,etc.
