| 农民专业合作经济组织近年来在贵州得到较快发展，对农业资源的优化配置和产业化经营以及农业的现代化发展起着重要作用。该文通过调查贵州农民合作经济组织服务的产业构成、主要合作类型以及合作领域与范围，分析其组织特征与作用，发展过程中所存在的困难与问题，提出农民合作经济组织在贵州省发展要学习借鉴发达国家经验等3项建议。 |

| Recently, farmers’ specialized cooperative organization develops very fast in Guizhou Province. It plays a very important role in optimized allocation of agriculture resources, industrialized management and agriculture modernization. This paper investigates the structure of industry served by farmers’ specialized cooperative organization, the main operation type, operative area and scope; analyzes its cooperative characteristics and role, difficulties and problems existing in the process of development; and puts forward 3 suggestions for developing farmers’ specialized cooperative organization in Guizhou Province, such as to learn from the experience from the developed countries, etc. |
